China’s Electric Car ‘Dongfeng Fox’ Launched in Pakistan
Karachi:The **Dongfeng Fox**, an electric vehicle manufactured in **China**, has officially been launched in **Pakistan**. The vehicle is available in two variants: **Lux 430** and **Flagship 430**, with initial prices set at **PKR 6.4 million** and **PKR 6.8 million**, respectively.
The **Flagship 430** comes with **6 additional safety features** not available in the **Lux 430**, making it a more premium option. Both variants, however, come equipped with **2 airbags**, **tire pressure monitoring system**, and **hill-start assist**, ensuring a solid safety package.
The **Lux 430** and **Flagship 430** are part of the **Dongfeng** brand’s strategy to enter the growing electric vehicle market in **Pakistan**. The cars are distributed by **Chawla Motors**, and the company has set a **down payment** of **PKR 1.5 million** for booking a vehicle.
This launch marks a significant step toward introducing electric vehicles to Pakistan’s automotive market, with an emphasis on safety, technology, and environmental sustainability.
