Islamabad:The Supreme Court of Pakistan has scheduled hearings for two significant constitutional cases on **April 14**, both to be heard by a **five-member larger bench** headed by **Justice Aminuddin Khan**.

His initial plea was dismissed by the **Islamabad High Court**, prompting him to file an **appeal in the Supreme Court**, which is now set for hearing.

The second case relates to allegations of **state machinery being used in acts of terrorism**. Filed by a citizen named **Afshin Afzal in 2022**, the petition accuses authorities of misusing state apparatus in incidents related to terrorism. This case has also been scheduled for **April 14**, before the same constitutional bench.
