Rana Sanaullah Condemns Attack on Jaffer Express, Vows Strong Action Against Terrorists

Islamabad:Prime Minister’s Advisor and senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the Jaffer Express in Balochistan, calling the attackers criminals and enemies of Pakistan.

In an interview with a private TV channel, he stated that the Pakistani military is directly engaged with the terrorists who hijacked the Jaffer Express. He emphasized that since the incident, those who needed to reach the site, including local officials and the Army Chief, have been in constant communication.

Rana Sanaullah also advised against unnecessary media statements, saying, “If we start making noise here, how will it benefit the ongoing operation?” He urged everyone to allow the operation to conclude, promising that complete details would be provided afterward. He assured that those responsible for the attack would face swift and severe consequences.

The attack occurred in the Dhadar area of Bolan district, Balochistan, where terrorists hijacked the Jaffer Express and took the passengers hostage. Security forces have since launched an operation, freeing over 100 hostages. Reports indicate that approximately 400 passengers were on board during the attack.
