Incident of Sexual Brutality Against 3-Year-Old Girl in Kot Addu
LAHORE (Daily Qudrat): On the orders of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the accused involved in the heinous act of sexual assault was arrested within two hours with the help of CCTV footage. Reacting to the heart-wrenching incident of alleged assault on a minor girl in Kot Addu, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that the accused was traced with the help of CCTV footage and arrested within just two hours.
In a post on X, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, mentioning the young age of the accused, said: look at the age of this accused and then look at the heinous act he has committed. A heart-wrenching incident!

It may be recalled that an incident of sexual brutality against a 3-year-old girl, “Urwa-ul-Wusqa,” occurred within the jurisdiction of City Chowk Sarwar Shaheed police station in Kot Addu. The innocent Urwa is under treatment at Nishtar Hospital Multan, fighting between life and death, and a medical examination has confirmed sexual assault.
The affected family had appealed to senior authorities and Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to take notice of the incident.
