Those Getting Jobs Confirmed Under the Cover of a Negative Campaign Against Maulana Fazlur Rehman Will Soon Be Exposed — Maulana Abdul Wasaay

Qila Saifullah — Addressing the Dr. Sarfaraz Khan Shaheed Conference organized under JTI, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Balochistan provincial amir Senator Maulana Abdul Wasaay said that those who spit at the sun will have their own faces soiled, and the campaign of negative propaganda against JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman will soon breathe its last.

He said JUI workers have written timeless tales of sacrifice in the path of peaceful struggle for the religion of Islam, democracy, the supremacy of the Constitution, and the rights of the people. The sacrifices of the martyrs are a beacon for us, and their mission will be carried forward under all circumstances.

He said JUI is an ideological, democratic, and public party whose history is one of steadfastness, sacrifices, and principled politics. Its workers have stood firm in every difficult period and fully supported the party’s ideology and leadership.

He said attempts to make the political insight, religious services, and principled stance of JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman controversial through negative propaganda and baseless allegations will not succeed, and those who hide facts behind curtains of lies will ultimately be exposed before the people.

He further said that elements running a negative campaign against the JUI chief are resorting to petty tactics to save their political credibility and achieve personal interests. Even the practice of getting people’s jobs confirmed on the basis of this campaign will not continue for long and will soon breathe its last, because the people are conscious and fully understand the difference between propaganda, character assassination, and a principled political stance.

He said JUI, following in the footsteps of its elders, will continue its peaceful, constitutional, and democratic struggle and will not be intimidated by any pressure or negative campaign. He urged the youth, especially JUI Students Federation workers, to take the martyrs’ mission forward and make knowledge, character, discipline, unity, and peaceful struggle their motto, to respond to hostile propaganda with argument, ethics, and practical conduct, and to play an effective role in conveying the party’s ideological message to the people.
