Pakistan Overtake Australia to Secure Fourth Spot in ICC ODI Rankings

RAWALPINDI:Pakistan have overtaken Australia to claim fourth place in the ICC Men’s ODI Team Rankings following consecutive victories over Sri Lanka and England in the tri-nation series.

Pakistan have moved up to fourth position with 103 rating points, pushing Australia below them in the latest ODI rankings.

India lead the standings with 115 points, followed by New Zealand in second place with 109 points and South Africa in third with 104 points.

Pakistan’s rise in the rankings came after an impressive 87-run victory over England on Tuesday, as the team continued its winning streak in the tournament.

The back-to-back wins against Sri Lanka and England have strengthened Pakistan’s position in international one-day cricket and provided a boost ahead of the remainder of the series.
