On this occasion, Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Mahmood Khan Achakzai, while speaking to the media, said that Bunyad al-Marsus is worn by those who are pious and companions of the oppressed; thieves and rogues do not build Bunyad al-Marsus. They are going to drown Pakistan.
“My appeal to the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is that in those districts where emergency has not been imposed and where dramas like governor’s rule or other calamities have not been inflicted, they should continue their democratic struggle and movement there. Do not care about Section 144 — will they now kill our children? The right to vote of forty million people has been mocked. This is an insult to those forty million people who won the election.”
“Meanwhile, those who stole the election in Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab are today happily running governments, and Pakistan is being milked like a dairy cow. The Movement for the Protection of the Constitution of Pakistan will not compromise with anyone on this matter; Pakistan is dear to us.”
Chairman of the Movement for the Protection of the Constitution of Pakistan, Mahmood Khan Achakzai, said that we appeal to civil society and all people that this is a very big attack. It is the responsibility of all of us — everyone who holds Pakistan dear, everyone who holds democracy dear — to unite against this calamity.
