Saudi Arabia Expands Tourist Visa Eligibility to Kosovo and Guyana Citizens

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has expanded its tourist visa programme to include citizens of Kosovo and Guyana, allowing eligible travellers from the two countries to obtain tourist visas electronically or upon arrival at designated entry points.

According to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, citizens of Kosovo and Guyana are now eligible to obtain tourist visas either through the electronic visa system or on arrival at entry points such as airports.

The ministry said the tourist visa allows eligible visitors to travel to Saudi Arabia for various purposes, including attending events, performing Umrah, participating in exhibitions and conferences, and visiting relatives and friends, subject to applicable regulations and requirements.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the inclusion of Kosovo and Guyana in the eligible countries list was part of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to facilitate travel for tourists from around the world.

The expansion is aimed at making it easier for visitors from the two countries to access Saudi Arabia for tourism and other permitted activities under the kingdom’s visa regulations.
