Latest update: Iranian rial rate in Pakistan rupee – October 6, 2026

ISLAMABAD: The Iranian rial remained weak against the Pakistani rupee on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, with the latest mid-market exchange rate showing 1 Iranian rial (IRR) at around Rs0.006596. In reverse, Rs1 was equivalent to around 151.6 Iranian rials.

This means 1 million Iranian rials are worth about Rs6,596 in Pakistani currency.

As per a report, exchange-rate data show the rial has remained relatively stable against the Pakistani rupee over the past week, with only slight movement.

Meanwhile, the Iranian currency has faced significant pressure against the US dollar. Reuters reported that the rial fell to around 2.688 million per US dollar on October 3, up from 2.632 million the day before.
