PTCL Brings iPhone 18 Pro Series to Pakistan with Two-Year Warranty and Protection Plan
Islamabad: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), in partnership with Apple’s authorised distributor in Pakistan, Mercantile, has announced the availability of the latest iPhone 18 Pro series through selected PTCL service centres.
The iPhone 18 Pro series is now available at five selected PTCL service centres in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi, offering customers access to official Apple devices along with warranty, device protection and connectivity benefits.
According to the company, customers purchasing an iPhone 18 Pro through PTCL will receive a two-year warranty, comprising one year of Apple’s official international warranty and an additional one-year warranty provided by Mercantile.
The package also includes a 12-month device protection plan, while customers will receive free PTCL connectivity benefits with the purchase of the device. Various payment options will also be available to facilitate customers.
The initiative is part of PTCL’s strategy to expand its retail offering beyond traditional internet services and provide customers with access to consumer electronics and advanced digital devices through its extensive retail network.
PTCL operates service centres and joint shops across the country, providing customers with fixed broadband and Flash Fiber services alongside technology products.
PTCL Chief Marketing Officer Imad Khan said the company aimed to transform its service centres into destinations that cater to customers’ evolving digital lifestyles and requirements.
He said the partnership with Mercantile would provide customers with a combination of premium devices, reliable after-sales support and PTCL connectivity.
Mercantile Pakistan CEO Nauman Durrani said the company was pleased to make the latest iPhone series available through PTCL’s retail network, describing the partnership as a combination of Mercantile’s role as an Apple authorised distributor and PTCL’s nationwide customer reach.
Mercantile’s official website identifies the company as an Apple authorised distributor in Pakistan and lists the iPhone 18 Pro among its current iPhone lineup.
The initiative follows PTCL’s earlier collaboration with Mercantile for the iPhone 17 series, which included official, warranty-backed devices and bundled connectivity benefits.
