Karachi Weather Turns Hot and Humid, Temperature Expected to Rise
KARACHI: Karachi is likely to experience hot and humid weather with partly cloudy skies today, while temperatures are expected to rise, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department.
The Met Office forecast the maximum temperature in the city to remain between 33°C and 35°C today. Due to high humidity, the weather may feel hotter than the actual temperature.
The maximum temperature recorded in Karachi yesterday was 34°C, while the minimum temperature recorded today was 25°C.
According to the weather department, sea breezes are expected to blow at speeds of 10 to 35 kilometres per hour during the next 24 hours.
Humidity was recorded at 81 percent this morning, while the humidity level is expected to remain between 55 and 85 percent over the next 24 hours.
