President Zardari Returns to Pakistan After Completing UK Visit

ISLAMABAD:President Asif Ali Zardari has returned to Pakistan from London after completing his visit to the United Kingdom, according to officials at the President House.

Before departing London, President Zardari was asked about his health and said, “By the grace of Allah, I am fine. I had a good time in London.”

The president was scheduled to return to Pakistan a day earlier, but his departure was postponed due to a technical disruption in the air traffic control system in the United Kingdom.

During his stay in the UK, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also met with President Zardari. Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also held a meeting with the president in London.
