Islamabad:A horrific incident occurred in Gol Town, Naushehro Feroze, where two days ago, a woman’s legs were severed with an axe. The woman had filed for divorce in the court of Naushehro Feroze, which displeased her father, uncle, and other relatives.
When the woman did not withdraw her divorce petition, she was subjected to violence. Six individuals, including the woman’s father, are named in the case.
According to the police spokesperson, one of the nominated suspects, Ghulam Mustafa Shah, has been arrested. He is the father of the woman. Police have apprehended a total of 2 suspects, while 4 others have been granted bail by the court.
