Winter Holidays Announced for Educational Institutions in Balochistan: Notification Issued

Quetta: The Balochistan Education Department has issued a notification regarding winter holidays in educational institutions across the province. According to the notification, long winter holidays will be observed in cold areas from December 16, 2024, to February 28, 2025, while short holidays in warmer regions will run from January 1, 2025, to January 10, 2025.
In the cold regions of Balochistan, winter holidays will begin on Monday, and schools will reopen on March 1, 2025, after a break of approximately two and a half months. The Education Department has also announced the release of results for both public and private schools. Additionally, winter holidays at the University of Balochistan commenced today.
