Weather Forecast: Rain Expected in Several Cities Across Pakistan Today

The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted rainfall in several cities of the country today, though most regions will experience warm and dry weather.
According to the weather department, while the majority of cities will remain warm and dry, some areas in the northern regions may see rainfall. There is a possibility of rain after midday in areas like Murree, Galyat, and surrounding regions. Similarly, light rainfall could occur at a few places in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, and Abbottabad.
In Gilgit-Baltistan, partial cloud cover is expected, while thunderstorms with rain are likely in some parts of Azad Kashmir. Islamabad will experience dry weather with temperatures remaining warm throughout the day. However, the skies will become partly cloudy in the afternoon, accompanied by strong winds.
Temperatures in Sindh, southern, and central Punjab are expected to be 3 to 5 degrees higher than usual. Most districts in Balochistan will experience dry weather, with the southern areas being particularly warm during the day.
The weather department predicts hot and dry conditions across Punjab and Sindh, with dry and warm weather expected in most parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In the afternoon, strong and dusty winds are expected along the coastal areas of Balochistan.
In Karachi, the temperature is expected to remain around 35°C, with a real-feel temperature of 38 to 40°C. The city will experience hot and dry weather throughout the day, and this pattern is expected to continue for the next three days.
In Lahore, after yesterday’s intense sunshine, clouds are expected to cover the sky today. The temperature in Lahore is forecasted to reach 37°C, and the weather is expected to get hotter in the coming days.
