Uzair Baloch’s 12-Year-Old Niece Appears in Public for the First Time
Karachi: The 12-year-old niece of Lyari gang war leader Uzair Baloch and daughter of Zubair Baloch, a prominent gang member, has appeared in public for the first time. In a heartfelt video statement, the young girl, Abra Zubair, made a desperate plea for the return of her father and expressed fears over his possible killing.
With folded hands, Abra Zubair claimed that her father had been wrongly implicated in two fabricated cases and that his recent re-arrest after receiving bail was part of a conspiracy by their enemies. She emphasized that her father, Zubair Baloch, had been imprisoned unjustly 12 years ago when she was only three months old. She further explained that despite her father’s release on bail and his return home after more than a decade, law enforcement had taken him into custody in the middle of the night, moving him from one police station to another.
“We have requested for security for my father, but they are not providing it. If anything happens to him, the law enforcement agencies will be responsible,” Abra stated.
She expressed the pain of growing up without her father’s affection, lamenting that she had never been able to hug him. “I am just an innocent child, and I am begging with my hands together—please return my father and my uncle as soon as possible,” she said tearfully.
Her emotional plea has drawn attention to the ongoing tensions surrounding the Baloch family and the law enforcement’s actions.
