Quetta:across the country, Ulema and Scholars of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Pakistan, under the leadership of Maulana Khalil Ahmed, Central Senior Deputy Amir and Provincial Amir of Balochistan Maulana Abdul Qadir Looni, Acting Chief Maulanas including Muhammad Ajmal Qadri, Central General Secretary, Mufti Ahmed Ali Thani, Provincial Amir of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Qazi Gul Rahman Nekyal, Provincial Amir of Punjab, Maulana Sanaullah, Provincial Amir of Sindh, Maulana Aziz Ahmed Shah Amroti, Central Deputy Amir Maulana Syed Chiraghuddin Shah, Deputy Secretary Dr. Shamsul Hadi, Secretary of Information Maulana Mahmoodul Hasan Qasmi, Secretary of Information Haji Hayaatullah Kakar, and others, expressed their rejection of the Supreme Court’s decision regarding Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani’s interpretations of the Quran.
They announced a protest day against the decision, declaring that speeches against Qadianiat policy would continue. They emphasized that this decision is against the Constitution of Pakistan and the Ordinance on Ahmadiyya Community, asserting that Qadianis’ activities will not be tolerated. They further stated that Qadianis do not accept Pakistan’s constitution and law, and despite their involvement in activities against Islam and Pakistan, granting them freedom is synonymous with rebellion against the constitution.
