UAE Authorities Arrest 10 Pakistanis, Including 5 Women, for Begging

Abu Dhabi:Authorities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have arrested 10 Pakistani nationals, including 5 women, for begging in public. The UAE officials have informed Pakistani authorities about the arrests.
According to sources from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), three women from the Punjab district of Vehari—Amina Bibi, Kausar Bibi, and Farzana Bibi—along with Jamila Bibi and Zubaida Bibi from Lahore, were arrested during different operations in the UAE while begging. They have been sent to jail, and preparations are underway for their deportation to Pakistan.
Additionally, similar actions led to the arrest of several men, including Muhammad Zakariya from Dera Ghazi Khan, Wasim Haider from Bahawalnagar, Muhammad Usman from Lahore, Ijaz Khan from Charsadda, and Abdullah from Peshawar.
Authorities have stated that emergency passports have been prepared for these individuals to facilitate their return to Pakistan. Upon their arrival in Pakistan, they will be arrested and legal actions will be taken.
