Two Bus Collisions in Balochistan and Chakwal Result in Multiple Casualties and Injuries

Quetta:In two separate accidents, five passengers were killed and over 50 injured. The first incident occurred near Kalat, Balochistan, where two buses collided. According to Levies officials, one bus was traveling from Quetta to Karachi, while the other was heading in the opposite direction, from Karachi to Quetta. As a result of the collision, five passengers lost their lives, and 20 others were injured. The bodies and the injured were immediately transported to the Kalat hospital for medical attention.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident on the M2 motorway in Chakwal’s Salt Range, a passenger bus overturned. According to rescue officials, two passengers died, and 30 others sustained injuries. The bus was traveling from Rawalpindi to Chishtian when the accident occurred. The rescue spokesperson mentioned that the accident was caused by the bus’s brakes failing.

Both accidents have left the affected families grieving, and authorities are continuing their efforts to provide assistance and investigate the causes of these tragic events.
