Karachi: A police constable lost his life due to electrocution while operating a water motor in Phase One of Sir Jani Town.
According to details, the incident took place at residence number 1908, Gold Block, Phase One, North Town, Sir Jani Town. The deceased, identified as 40-year-old Imran Rahman son of Riaz Ahmed, was fatally electrocuted while operating a water motor. His body was immediately transferred to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for necessary procedures.
A spokesperson for Karachi Police confirmed that the deceased was a police officer stationed in the Security Zone Two. Following the necessary police procedures, the body was handed over to the family.
The tragic incident has brought sorrow to the community, highlighting the hazards often associated with electrical appliances and the importance of safety precautions during their use.
