Tragic Incident in Barkhan: Nine Family Members Poisoned by Contaminated Tea, One Child Dies

Barkhan:A tragic incident occurred in the Kharad Buzdar area of Barkhan, where nine members of the same family fell unconscious after consuming poisonous tea. According to rescue sources, a young girl tragically lost her life at the scene.

Hospital sources in Barkhan reported that eight other individuals were rushed to the hospital in critical condition. After receiving initial medical treatment, they were referred to Fort Munro for further care. Dr. MS of Fort Munro explained that the incident was caused by a lizard falling into the milk, which led to the contamination of the tea.

The victims of the incident included six men and three young girls, all of whom are now receiving medical attention following the tragic event.
