Terrorists Attack Police Checkpost in Bannu, Foiled by Timely Response

Bannu:Terrorists launched an attack on the Kangerpal police checkpost in Bannu, but their assault was successfully repelled by the police’s prompt counteraction.

According to the police, the terrorists opened fire on the checkpost, prompting an immediate response from law enforcement. As a result, the attackers were forced to flee, and a search operation for the assailants is currently underway. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the attack.

In a separate incident, a hand grenade was thrown at a hotel in Peshawar’s Matani area. Thankfully, all individuals at the hotel remained unharmed, and the assailants managed to escape after carrying out the attack.
