– At the Sakhai Pul police post in Jamarud, terrorists launched an attack. However, a strong retaliatory response from the police forced the terrorists to flee. There were no casualties among the police personnel during this attack.
– Additionally, terrorists targeted the Jamarud Tehsil Compound with grenade attacks and gunfire. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries or fatalities in this incident. The Tehsil Compound houses various government offices, including the Jamarud police station.
– **Lower Dir**:
– In the Jandol area of Lower Dir, terrorists assaulted a police checkpoint at the Thana Miyaar. The attack involved hand grenades and other weapons, resulting in the martyrdom of Head Constable Siasat Khan and injuries to another police officer.
