Talks Are the Only Way to Save Pakistan, Says PTI Leader Azam Swati

Lahore:Senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader **Azam Khan Swati** has emphasized that **dialogue is the only solution** to pull the country back from the brink of destruction. Speaking to the media outside the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore, Swati claimed that he has **convinced former Prime Minister Imran Khan** to agree to negotiations.
“When dialogue begins, it will prove to be extremely fruitful,” Swati said, underlining the urgent need for **national reconciliation**. He stressed that the PTI founder is not only concerned about Pakistan’s current state but also about the **future of the next generations**.
“This country belongs to all of us—our children’s destiny is tied to it,” Swati remarked, adding that **Imran Khan enjoys the love and support of the entire nation**.
Swati reiterated that **serious and sincere efforts are needed** for a national consensus, and the PTI founder is ready to play a **constructive and positive role** in this process.
His statements come at a time when Pakistan’s political climate remains highly polarized, and calls for dialogue are being viewed by many as a potential path toward **political stability and peace**.
