Quetta:Authorities have successfully apprehended the suspect involved in the murder of two members of the Hazara community, Shamsullah and Nasratullah, just 24 hours after the incident. The victims were shot by an unknown assailant on Spinny Road in Quetta last night.
According to the Serious Crime Investigation Wing (SCIW), the case was initially registered at the Khurtoabad Police Station and later transferred to SCIW for advanced investigation. Given the seriousness of the case, the SCIW collaborated with the operation wing to utilize technical analysis and CCTV footage to expedite the investigation.
The team quickly identified the suspect, Muhammad Younis, son of Malik, and apprehended him. Officials report that the suspect has confessed to the crime, and further inquiries are ongoing.
