Islamabad,Quetta:The Supreme Court has referred the appeal of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) leader Hafiz Hamdullah against the Islamabad High Court’s decision to restore his identity card to a judicial committee. A two-member bench headed by Justice Manzoor Akhtar heard the plea during which remarks were made that the appeals are before a two-member bench and it would be appropriate to be heard by a three-member bench. The court decided to refer the matter to a three-member bench of the Supreme Court’s judicial committee.
