According to **Mohammad Asim**, the spokesperson for **Lady Reading Hospital**, “Thousands of patients are brought to emergency departments of the three teaching hospitals in the province daily. Their data and diagnoses are recorded online, but with the slow internet speed, hospital administration and services are severely impacted.”
