Sindh Government Imposes Ban on Dumpers’ Entry in Karachi During Daytime

Karachi:In light of the increasing traffic accidents in Karachi, the Sindh government has imposed a ban on the entry of dumpers during the day. According to the directives from the Sindh government, dumpers will only be allowed to enter Karachi city between 11 PM and 6 AM.

The provincial government has also decided to conduct a physical verification of all large vehicles and their drivers operating in Karachi. Under the leadership of the Chief Secretary of Sindh, it was decided that all vehicles operating in Karachi must obtain a QR code certificate from the Department of Transport.

Furthermore, the Sindh Solid Waste Management Board has been directed to shift its operations to nighttime within the next three months. This move aims to reduce the number of accidents and improve traffic safety in the city.
