Punjgur:In a joint statement, senior leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Makran Division, including President Ashraf Sagar Baloch, Senior Provincial Leader Dr. Muhammad Ayub, President of Punjgur District Yasar Baloch, Senior Vice President Muhammad Sadiq, Joint Secretary Fahad Ibrahim, Finance Secretary Muhammad Yousuf, and Youth Wing Senior Leader Qazi Raza Ali Shahab and Hidayatullah, expressed deep sorrow and anger over the robbery at the shop of senior PML-N leader and business figure, Mahboob Ali.
They condemned the daylight robbery where thieves stole an amount of nine hundred thousand rupees, highlighting it as clear evidence of the failure of Punjgur police. The leaders pointed out that despite eight to nine murders and numerous incidents of theft and robbery in the district during the past month, no culprit has been apprehended. They criticized Punjgur police for focusing solely on drug dens and extortions, rather than ensuring timely arrests in criminal cases.
The PML-N leaders called upon the Balochistan government, specifically the Governor, IG Police Balochistan, and DIG Makran, to immediately transfer the relevant SHO and SDPO responsible for the daily failures in law enforcement in Punjgur city.
