Senior Journalist Umar Cheema Criticizes Government’s Weak Control, Claims Imran Khan Remains Strong in Jail

Karachi: Senior journalist and analyst Umar Cheema has strongly criticized the government, stating that it has proven itself to be ineffective and weak. Speaking on a private TV program “Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada ke Saath,” Cheema emphasized that despite being in jail, Imran Khan remains far stronger than the current government. He added that the government’s actions, including issuing threats and making bold statements, have only weakened its credibility.
Cheema further expressed disappointment over the lack of a clear strategy from the government, noting that their inability to control the situation has led to growing frustration. He also stated that if the opposition were to gather at D-Chowk, it would no longer be a surprise.
