Security Risks Mount as Local Company’s Prohibited Items Threaten Khuzdar Residents

Khuzdar:residents near a local company are living in fear due to security risks posed by the company’s prohibited items. The residents of the nearby locality staged a protest demanding the removal of dangerous prohibited items from the city. Shafiq Mohammad Baloch, Khairullah Baloch, Ameer Bakhsh, Molvi Shabeer Ahmed Baloch, and others spoke to local journalists, expressing their concerns.

They highlighted that wherever a company establishes itself, they first plan under agreements to improve the health, education, and other necessities of the local population. However, unfortunately, nothing has been done for the welfare and development of Khuzdar’s citizens. They further stated that they have been residents of this area for a long time, but instead of providing facilities to the residents near the local company, they have subjected them to fear.

They pointed out that several lands have been clearly seized by the local company, and their prohibited equipment is near the community’s mosque, where more than 100 students study alongside prayers. The lives of resident children attending the school are at serious risk due to the proximity of these prohibited items. The local residents have demanded from the Commissioner Kalat Division and Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar that the local company’s prohibited items be relocated away from the community to ensure the safety of human lives.
