Andhra Pradesh: In a disturbing incident in Andhra Pradesh’s Krishna district, secret videos recorded from a hidden camera in a girls’ hostel bathroom have surfaced and were reportedly sold among students. The incident occurred at SR Gudlavalleru Engineering College.
Last week, students protested after a hidden camera was discovered in the hostel bathroom, chanting “We want justice” throughout the campus. Following the discovery and subsequent protest, police initiated an investigation and arrested Vijay Kumar, a senior student from the boys’ hostel.
The police have seized Kumar’s laptop, which reportedly contained 300 objectionable videos recorded from the hostel bathroom. It has been revealed that these videos were sold to other students.
The leak of these videos has caused significant distress among the students, with many now avoiding the use of the hostel’s bathroom.
