Second Phase of Hajj Training Begins at Haji Camp

Karachi: The second phase of Hajj training has officially commenced at the Haji Camp, and it will continue until April 21, 2025.
Deputy Director of Hajj, Gulzar Somro, stated that after the completion of the second phase of training, the vaccination process for Hajj pilgrims will begin on April 22, 2025. Along with the vaccination, distribution of essential items, including trolley bags, hand carry bags, and other necessary goods, will also take place.
He mentioned that 1,751 Hajj pilgrims from Karachi West were invited in two shifts for training, with approximately 1,675 pilgrims attending the session. Additionally, 1,724 pilgrims from Karachi South were invited on April 14, 2025, for their training, and all attendees expressed satisfaction with the arrangements and information provided.
Deputy Director Gulzar Somro highlighted that the pilgrims particularly benefited from the information presented through high-quality SMD screens and advanced sound systems, which enhanced the overall training experience.
