Scientists Predict Bright Comet’s Passage Through Solar System Visible from Earth

Islamabad:Scientists have predicted that a bright comet will pass through the solar system in the coming days and will be visible from Earth. According to experts, this luminous comet will start becoming visible to the naked eye from today.

The comet, named C/24 G3, was first identified by NASA experts last April, and since then, the world has been awaiting its close approach to Earth. This comet is visible from Earth without the need for a telescope.

According to King’s College London, this comet passes close to Earth once every 160,000 years. It is being hailed as the brightest comet to be seen in the last 20 years.

Scientists believe that it will take another 160,000 years for this comet to return to our solar system. However, some experts suggest that the comet is nearing the end of its life, and its increasing brightness is an indication that it may disintegrate before it can return to the solar system.
