Karachi: In the open market today, the Saudi Riyal was bought at 73.60 Pakistani Rupees and sold at 74.10 Rupees. There was no significant change in the exchange rate compared to the previous day, when the Riyal also closed at 73.60 Rupees.
For context, 1,000 Saudi Riyals would be approximately equivalent to 73,600 Rupees. It’s worth noting that over 2.7 million Pakistanis are currently employed in Saudi Arabia, making the exchange rate of the Riyal to the Pakistani Rupee a focal point for consumers.
