Rocket-Propelled Grenades Hit Quetta; Mother and Son Killed in Attack

Quetta:a series of rocket-propelled grenade attacks resulted in the deaths of a mother and her son. According to police sources, hand grenades were fired from an unknown direction and exploded in various locations, including a car parking area on Joint Road, Killi Deba, and two residential homes.

Initial reports suggest that the intended target might have been Ayub Stadium, where an August 14 event was ongoing. The police indicated that three hand grenades were launched towards Ayub Stadium but landed away from the venue. The grenades exploded in two homes and a private parking area, causing the fatalities and injuring three others.
