Quetta: Supreme Court Decision Upheld Rule of Law, Justice – Agha Hasan Baloch
Quetta: Agha Hasan Baloch, former Federal Minister and Central Secretary Information of the Balochistan National Party, welcomed the majority decision of the Supreme Court, stating that it marks a victory for the constitution, law, and justice. He emphasized that the Supreme Court’s verdict will undoubtedly be written in golden letters, burying the theory of necessity and upholding merit.
Baloch highlighted that the Supreme Court’s decision will yield fruitful consequences, nullifying those who were imposed power through Article 47 and exposing the helplessness of the puppet governments. He added that after the Supreme Court’s decision, rulers have no right to cling to power illegitimately, as the majority decision aligns perfectly with the constitution and the law. The justices have proven that matters cannot be run on arbitrary or whimsical grounds; rather, they must adhere strictly to the supremacy of law and merit.
Baloch concluded by stating that the Supreme Court’s verdict signifies a triumph for the public, instilling confidence and will be remembered in history as a milestone decision.
