Lahore:The Quetta Gladiators franchise has decided to appoint Saud Shakeel as the captain for the upcoming 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The team management has chosen to replace the foreign player Riley Rossouw, who captained the team in PSL 9, with Saud Shakeel. Meetings have been held between the team management and Saud Shakeel regarding the captaincy, and although there were delays due to some issues, they have now been resolved. The formal announcement of Shakeel’s captaincy is expected soon.
It is worth noting that in PSL 9, Riley Rossouw was appointed captain in place of Sarfaraz Ahmed.
