Quetta: Nawab Aslam Raisani, former Chief Minister and member of the assembly from Jamiat, expressed concerns on the social media platform (X) regarding the issue of missing persons, stating that it is a collective problem for all of us. He blamed Pakistani rulers for exacerbating the situation to such an extent that today every Baloch is crying out for freedom. He questioned how long a few people will keep talking about federation when they are actually dividing Baloch, Pashtun, and Sindhi communities. Raisani emphasized that force cannot solve the issue; rather, dialogue is the path to resolution. He expressed deep sorrow and regret over the martyrdom of Gilaman Pashteen, questioning how and where the killer disappeared in Islamabad. In Quetta, he noted that Baloch youth were protesting for the recovery of their missing loved ones, criticizing the market of state coercion and oppression. He concluded that what we are witnessing now is not terrorism but civil war.
