Quetta:Muhammad Ameen Magsi, advocate, has confirmed that bail has been granted to Nasrullah Baloch, Vice Chairperson of Voice of Baloch Missing Persons, along with nine others. They were arrested following a rally organized for the recovery of Zahid Baloch last week. Quetta police had filed cases under Section 144 against 10 participants of the rally. The magistrate of the Sariab court considered all bail applications and ordered a surety bond of Rs. 200,000 each, approving their release. The legal team, including Muhammad Ameen Magsi, Saddam Mengal, Imran Mirwani, Mir Fahim Qambrani, and Malik Zahir Ahmed Shahwani, pursued the case diligently.
