Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Launches Talent Hunt Program for Young Athletes

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced the launch of the province’s first-ever Talent Hunt Program aimed at providing young athletes with ample opportunities to showcase their skills. In a statement issued from Lahore, she emphasized that the program would ensure equal opportunities for female athletes to excel in their respective fields.

Maryam Nawaz directed the relevant authorities to prepare a comprehensive plan for the Punjab Talent Hunt Program, ensuring that young athletes across the province are given the necessary platforms to advance their careers.

She also issued instructions to the Sports Department to take steps toward achieving financial independence. Additionally, she made it clear that there should be no delay in the payment of salaries to Sports Department employees, highlighting her commitment to the welfare of those working in the sector.

This initiative marks a significant step in promoting sports talent in Punjab, providing both male and female athletes with the resources and opportunities needed to succeed.
