Punjab Announces Early Summer Vacations as Heatwave Intensifies

Due to the rising temperatures across the province, the Punjab government has announced early summer vacations for schools and shortened school hours to protect students from the severe heat.

According to reports, Punjab’s Education Minister stated that summer vacations in the province will begin from **May 28**. In the meantime, revised school timings have been implemented.

**New School Timings:**
**7:30 AM to 11:30 AM**

The decision comes as a precautionary measure amid the ongoing heatwave, ensuring the safety and well-being of students and school staff.
