PTI Moves Resolution in Sindh Assembly to Revoke KE Electric’s License
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has submitted a resolution in the Sindh Assembly aimed at revoking the license of KE Electric. According to Express News, PTI member of the Sindh Assembly, Sajjad Somro, has presented the resolution, accusing KE Electric of unauthorized billing and severe load shedding that has made life unbearable for the public in Karachi.
Somro highlighted that despite the heatstroke affecting citizens, KE’s administration denies any health impact. The Sindh Assembly will now deliberate on this critical issue, considering the cancellation of KE’s license and its potential transfer to government control.
