PTI Leaders Declared Fugitives in Judicial Complex Attack Case

Islamabad’s Anti-Terrorism Court has declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Murad Saeed, Hamad Azhar, and Farrukh Habib fugitives for their continued absence in the Judicial Complex attack cases.
The decision was made during a hearing led by ATC judge Tahir Abbas Sipra. The court, in its ruling, declared the three PTI leaders as absconders and issued arrest warrants against them.
In addition, arrest warrants were issued for several other absent accused, including Waqas Qayyum Abbasi and Raja Basharat.
Following the appearance of the available accused, the court adjourned the hearings in both cases until April 7.
It is noteworthy that the PTI leaders are facing charges in two separate cases filed at the Ramna Police Station related to the attack on the Judicial Complex.
