PTI Leader Sher Afzal Marwat Says Crackers Are Going Off, Talks Will Follow

Islamabad (Qudrat Newspaper) – PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat has stated that he believes crackers are being fired, and talks will take place afterward.

Speaking on a television program, Marwat commented on the Speaker of the National Assembly’s statement and said that although the Speaker was abroad, he had seen the statement today. He personally believes that the Speaker, as a convener, should set a date for the meeting, as both sides have agreed to the condition that demands should be submitted in writing.

During his appearance on Express News’ program *Centre Stage*, Marwat responded to a question about whether organizing a meeting is a serious issue. He mentioned that Imran Khan himself had said that even if a meeting was not arranged, they should sit at the table with the government.

On the other hand, PML-N leader Tariq Fazal Chaudhry responded to the ongoing talks, saying that if the government had not been serious, it would never have come to the negotiating table. He emphasized that the government has repeatedly urged PTI for negotiations, which reflects the sincerity of the government.

Chaudhry also added that while there are one or two issues at hand, the lack of a meeting is not a major obstacle, and the issue will be resolved. He further pointed out that the negotiation team can only proceed with Imran Khan’s No Objection Certificate (NOC).
