Islamabad: It has been revealed that Murad Saeed, a PTI leader who has been in hiding since May 9, has been in contact with key figures of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government and party leadership. According to sources, despite being on the run, Saeed remains involved in significant decision-making processes within the KP government and the PTI.
The sources indicate that Murad Saeed has been instrumental in initiating a movement to remove Aatif Khan and Shakeel Khan from their positions. Additionally, Saeed is reported to have persuaded KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur to take a strong stance on Shakeel Khan’s issues.
Further details reveal that Saeed’s influence extends to the PTI KP parliamentary party, where internal disputes are believed to be linked to his actions. His involvement reportedly led to the removal of Mishaal Yousafzai, who was ousted after Saeed facilitated a meeting between the opposition group leader and Imran Khan.
It is important to note that Murad Saeed has been declared an absconding defendant in cases from May 9 and remains in hiding.
