PTI Leader Aliya Hamza’s Arrest Warrants Issued in Jinnah House Attack Case
Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore issued arrest warrants for PTI leader Aliya Hamza and five other accused in connection with the Jinnah House attack case. The hearing was conducted by Judge Manzar Ali Gul at the Kot Lakhpat prison.
During the proceedings, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the six suspects, including Aliya Hamza, Farhan Bukhari, Aatif Munir, Sagheer Kamal, Abbas Ali, and Imran, for failing to appear for the jail trial.
The court also ordered that the accused be arrested and presented in court on December 19. The case pertains to the violent incident at Jinnah House, involving multiple suspects linked to the attack.
