Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Meets US Charge d’Affaires Natalie Baker to Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with the United States Charge d’Affaires, Natalie Baker, on Tuesday in Islamabad, where both leaders discussed the strengthening of Pakistan-US relations.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to working closely with the Trump administration to advance bilateral relations. He emphasized the need to enhance cooperation in key sectors such as trade, information technology, agriculture, health, education, and energy.
The discussion also focused on continued collaboration in counter-terrorism efforts, particularly in addressing ISIS and other extremist factions. Both sides agreed to further strengthen their partnership in combating terrorism and promoting regional stability.
In her remarks, Natalie Baker expressed the new administration’s eagerness to work with Pakistan to solidify bilateral ties and achieve shared objectives.
