The ongoing wildfire in Los Angeles has yet to be fully contained, and experts predict that it may take weeks to completely bring the fire under control. In light of this, Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, who has been residing in Los Angeles with her American husband for an extended period, took to social media to reassure her fans about her safety.
Preity Zinta shared her concerns about the devastating fire, expressing deep sorrow for the destruction happening around her, while also confirming that, for now, she is safe. She tweeted, “Never thought I would see the day when fire would engulf areas around us. Friends and family in the city have either relocated or are on high alert. Ash is falling from the hazy skies like snow, and there is a sense of fear and uncertainty. What will happen if the wind doesn’t stop? We also have small children and elderly with us.”
She further added, “My heart is broken seeing the devastation around us, and I am grateful to God that we are still safe. My prayers are with those who have lost their homes and everything they had in this fire. I hope the wind dies down soon, and the fire is contained.”
Preity also extended her gratitude to the fire department, firefighters, and everyone else working tirelessly to save lives and property.
It’s worth noting that Los Angeles, the heart of Hollywood, is home to many big-name stars. Unfortunately, several celebrity homes have been affected by the fire. According to reports, stars like Bella Hadid, Paris Hilton, Anthony Hopkins, Jeff Bridges, Billy Crystal, Eugene Levy, John Goodman, and Mark Hamill have lost their homes in the blaze.
