Pregnant Woman Gives Birth on Roadside After Customs Officials Delay Medical Aid, Baby Dies

Kohlu:In a tragic incident at the Rakhni Customs Check Post, a pregnant woman gave birth on the road after being delayed by customs officials during a routine check. Unfortunately, due to the severe cold, the newborn could not survive and passed away.

According to details, on the previous day, customs officers stopped a Brobex vehicle for inspection. The vehicle was carrying a pregnant woman who was in an emergency condition and being rushed to the hospital. The woman’s relatives informed the customs officials about the urgent medical situation, urging them to allow the vehicle to proceed immediately. However, the officers ignored their plea, ordered all passengers to get out of the vehicle, and confiscated the car.
